REFLECTION ON 2019

Holy cow.. its 2020. I remember watching cartoons when the ‘far out future’ was 2020….

Looking back I am in a very different position than I was one year ago.

One year ago today, I officially embarked on my first year doing photography full time.

I completed one full year. Dang. As much as I always knew this was exactly what I would be doing, and I’m on track to where I want to be, being here is so insane.

I started working out constantly for the first time ever.

I was always active while playing sports, and was working out here and there. But 2019 was the first year that I really started caring about what I ate, and went to the gym ( with purpose & a plan ) and did the thing. I’ve lost a LOT of fat, and I feel physically and mentally so much better. And that’s something I really never saw myself really doing. But I love it.

I cut unhealthy ties

If it was a job, or habit, or relationship I said good-bye. And this is something that can be really hard, and I was never one to have a hard time with this. But where I had recently gone through other changes in my life, I found myself cutting ties with things I had been holding onto.

Overall I cannot believe how far in one year I have gone. I’m really proud of myself and overall very excited to go into 2020 in a better spot and excited to keep making progress. I'm excited to make some New Year Resolutions & start year 2 of weddings!

Happy New Year's Eve everyone!
